Istanbul Airport (IST) operates flights to a total of 146 locations across six continents within three hours, catering to over 120 countries, with 250 international destinations and 50 domestic destinations. The number of flight destinations is expected to reach 350 once the airport is operating at full capacity.
The airport operates out of a single massive main terminal building that handles both domestic and international flights. The mega-terminal is organized into different concourses (A, B, D, F, and G) radiating from the central hall, with Concourse G strictly designated for domestic flights.

Parking at Istanbul Airport IST
Istanbul Airport has the world’s largest multi-level parking facility under one roof.
Guests staying for more than 7 days can purchase a subscription for up to 15 days, and guests staying for more than 15 days can purchase a subscription for up to 30 days within 3 hours of entering the car park.
Valet service is provided at the CIP terminal entrance. Guests who prefer not to use the valet service can stop in front of the CIP terminal, drop off their passengers, and then proceed to the parking garage with their vehicles.
The Fast-Pass System (HGS) payment option is available at the exit barrier gates in each block within the parking garage.
The Istanbul Airport parking area offers guests a range of sophisticated services:
- 24/7 camera surveillance of vehicles.
- With the ‘Find My Car’ app, they locate your vehicle and provide navigation instructions to help you get there promptly.
- Quick and comfortable parking using the Vehicle Guidance System.

- A 10% discount is offered for parking payments made through the Istanbul Airport mobile application (ANDROID – IPHONE).

Motorcycle payments are made at the manual payment points on the P3 level of the Purple or Red Car Park and it is necessary to inform the cashier beforehand that the vehicle is a motorcycle.
Motorcycle rates from TRY 110/hour – TRY 370/day – TRY 4750/month.
- Subscription cards permit a single checkout for our short-term subscriptions (15/30 days).
- For short-term subscriptions (15 days), users must activate their subscriptions within 3 hours of entering the parking lot by making their payment using the ticket they obtained from the dispenser. Payments can be made by mobile payment, at the manual payment kiosk on floor P3 of the purple and red parking lot, or at the information desk on the departures floor.
- For subscriptions with multiple entries and exits, an additional plastic card fee of TRY 600.00 is charged in addition to the monthly subscription fee.
- Vehicles that remain in the car park for more than 30 minutes after payment will incur overtime charges based on the applicable tariff.
- Inside the Multi-Level Car Park, the rooftop terrace (P6) and the terrace areas of P3, P4, and P5 are not considered part of the Open Car Parks. The Multi-Level Car Park tariff applies to these floors and sections.

TAXI SERVICE
A taxi service is available at Istanbul Airport 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. This service uses three different categories of taxis: the black ‘E’ type, the turquoise ‘D’ type, and the orange ‘C’ type taxis.
Guests requiring a taxi service can use the main stands at the Domestic and International Passenger exit doors at the Plaza Section, as well as the vehicles on the departure floor (2nd floor).
Taxis affiliated with the Istanbul Airport Cab Drivers Cooperative adhere to the taximeter tariff regulated by UKOME.

Lost and Found at Istanbul Airport IST
Properties found inside the Istanbul airport terminal, including at the security points and airport parking areas, are taken to the iGA Lost and Found Property Offices and kept there.
The iGA Lost and Found Property Offices are located next to YOTEL, opposite entrance number 7, and opposite gate C3, after passport control.
Charges for property found and stored at the Lost and Found Property Office are in line with the Public-Private Sector Cooperation Tariff.
