Returning Enterprise rental cars at Charlotte Douglas International airport

As you get closer to the airport, look for the “Rental Car Returns” signs to return your rental. Once you drive past the main entrance to the Hourly Deck, the Rental Car Return area will be on your left. From there, you can follow the signs to the Enterprise return area. After returning your car, take the elevators to either Level 5 or Level 1 to reach the terminal.

If you’re returning your rental car after-hours, you can park in the Enterprise return lane and leave the keys inside the vehicle.

Renter Requirements

All renters and additional drivers must be 21 or older. All renters must have a valid driver’s license and a major credit card or debit card in their name. Individuals with learners’ or instructional permits are not eligible to rent.
