Your way to SIXT
From Terminal 2, after exiting the baggage claim, turn right toward the car rental desks and information. Continue until you reach the SIXT counter.
From Terminal 3, after exiting the baggage claim, take our free shuttle to Terminal 2. The shuttle leaves from stop 17, outside the arrivals hall, and runs every 15 minutes during our opening hours.
Once you arrive at Terminal 2, take the elevator to level 1, turn left and enter the arrivals hall from the left. Alternatively, proceed straight to the Terminal 2 arrivals hall through the pedestrian underpass.
Return information
Navigate to our SIXT branch at Heathrow Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park, Hounslow, TW6 1EW. Once you arrive at the airport, follow signs for Terminals 2 and 3, staying in the right-hand lane when you enter the tunnel. As you exit the tunnel, stay right and follow the “Short stay car park” signs. Use the right lanes 4 and 5 to enter the parking garage. Proceed up to level 4, following the SIXT signs. Park your vehicle in the return area.
A SIXT agent will be there to collect your key and assist with your return.
Out of hours return
Once you arrive at the airport, follow signs for Terminals 2 and 3, staying in the right-hand lane when you enter the tunnel. As you exit the tunnel, stay right and follow the “Short stay car park” signs. Use the right lanes 4 and 5 to enter the parking garage. Proceed up to level 4, following the SIXT signs. After checking that you have all your belongings, please lock the vehicle and place the key in our orange SIXT key drop box, located against the wall next to the fire exit to the left of the car return area.
To return to Terminal 2, take the elevator up to departures on level 5. To return to Terminal 3, take the elevator down to level -1 and walk on the pedestrian underpass.
To return to Terminals 4 or 5, take the elevator down to level -1 where you’ll find the free Heathrow Express Train. Please note that there is no shuttle bus service between terminals.

Return information
Navigate to the SIXT branch at Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4, Hounslow TW6 3AF. Once you arrive at the airport, follow the “Terminal 4” signs. At the traffic circle, take the exit toward C. London (A30), Hilton Hotel and Premier Inn. Veer slightly left onto Sheffield Road, continuing to follow signs for C. London (A30), Hilton Hotel and Premier Inn.
Turn left onto the Hilton Hotel road. If you have a lot of luggage, you can drop it off at the Hilton reception before heading to the parking garage. Enter the outdoor Hilton parking garage on your right. Take a ticket from the barrier and proceeding to the SIXT return area, and park there. A SIXT agent will be there to collect your key and assist with your return.
To return to Terminals 2, 3 or 5, follow the “Terminal 4” signs and then proceed to level -1 for the free Heathrow Express trains. Please note that there is no shuttle bus service between terminals.

Your way to SIXT
After collecting any baggage, exit to the arrivals hall. Turn right and walk towards Marks & Spencer. Once you reach Marks & Spencer, turn left and continue walking toward the terminal doors leading outside. Exit through the terminal doors and proceed to the elevators marked Car Rental & Sofitel Hotel. Enter the elevator and press the button for Level 1, labeled SIXT & Sofitel Hotel. Leaving the elevator, turn right and follow the corridor leading towards the Sofitel Hotel. At the end of the corridor, you will find the SIXT branch on your left.
Return information
Navigate to the SIXT branch at Welland Road, TW6 2GD Hounslow. Once you arrive at the airport, follow the “Terminal 5” signs. At the traffic circle, take the Terminal 5 short stay exit. Stay in the left lane and follow the signs to “Overheight Vehicles & Sofitel Hotel”. Continue past the Sofitel Hotel, staying in the right-hand lane. Follow the “Coach Park” and “All Car Parks” signs to the right, and go right at the fork.
Then, enter the parking lot on your right, going through the damage gates. Follow the SIXT signs to the return area and park there. A SIXT agent will be there to collect your key and assist with your return.
To return to Terminal 5, go up one floor to level 1, walk through the Sofitel Hotel, and then toward Terminal 5.
To return to Terminal 2 and 3, you can take the free Heathrow Express Trains. To reach the terminal 5 stop, go up one floor to level 1, walk through the Sofitel Hotel, and then toward terminal 5.

To return to Terminals 2, 3, or 4, you can take the free Heathrow Express Train. To reach the Terminal 5 stop, head inside the hotel and to the elevator to the right of reception. Select Level 5 (T5) and cross the bridge to proceed to the terminal. At the terminal, take the elevator to arrival on Level 0, then follow signs for the free Heathrow Express Trains. Please note that there is no shuttle bus service between terminals.

Prices, fees and protections
Your SIXT hire price always includes the vehicle, a mileage package or unlimited mileage depending on your selection, third-party liability insurance, all local taxes, and 24/7 roadside assistance. Fuel, protection packages with a reduced excess, location fees depending on the pick-up point, and any other extras are charged separately.
Driver licence and age
The minimum age to hire a car with SIXT in Great Britain is 21 for most groups, provided you have held a full driving licence for at least one year. Premium, luxury, sports and some specialised groups require drivers aged 23 or 25 and over.
Payment methods and deposits
SIXT in Great Britain accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards at every branch, and Great Britain Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit on most vehicle groups.
Prepaid cards, gift cards, virtual single-use cards and cash cannot be used at pick-up.
