Park ‘N Go has a free shuttle that will meet you at your vehicle, where the shuttle’s driver will help with your luggage and drive you from the lot to the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).
They also offer “Covered Valet” service! The shuttle driver will also give you a yellow slip, which you need to keep with you in order to give it to the shuttle driver that picks you up.
While rare, during peak travel times Park ‘N Go may be full and need to valet park your vehicle and hold your keys. A reservation does guarantee parking, however it does not guarantee that you’ll be self-parking.
If Park ‘N Go do have to park your vehicle, the yellow slip you’re given will include a claim ticket so they can locate your vehicle when your return to the lot. During peak travel times, the rates may vary as well. Just like your flight, booking ahead of time online should always get you your best deal!
