Take I-277 to I-77 South, take Exit 6B to Billy Graham Parkway and travel approximately five miles, exiting after the third traffic light at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport exit. Parking availability and locations will be indicated on signs along Josh Birmingham Parkway.

Take I-277 S/US-74 W. Continue onto US-74 W/Wilkinson Boulevard and travel approximately four and a half miles. From I-77
Take Exit 6B to Billy Graham Parkway and travel approximately five miles, exiting after the third traffic light at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport exit. Parking availability and locations will be indicated on signs along Josh Birmingham Parkway.
From I-485 Northbound (Inner)
Take Exit 9 to US-29 N/US-74 E/Wilkinson Boulevard toward Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Travel approximately two and a half miles on Wilkinson Boulevard and turn right onto Josh Birmingham Parkway at the Airport entrance. Parking availability and locations will be indicated on signs along Wilkinson Boulevard and Josh Birmingham Parkway.
From I-485 Southbound (Outer)
Take Exit 9-10 toward I-85 S/Greensboro. Keep left at the fork to continue toward US-29 N/US-74 E/Wilkinson Boulevard. Keep right to continue on Exit 9, follow signs for US-29, US-74/Wilkinson Blvd/Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Travel approximately two and a half miles on Wilkinson Boulevard and turn right onto Josh Birmingham Parkway at the Airport entrance. Parking availability and locations will be indicated on signs along Wilkinson Boulevard and Josh Birmingham Parkway.

- Designated Express Deck shuttles provide non-stop service to and from the terminal’s lower level in Zone 2. Upon your return to Charlotte, exit the Baggage Claim/Lower Level doors and proceed to the Zone 2 Express Deck shuttle stop.
- Valet attendants park vehicles and provide complimentary luggage assistance.
- Car wash and vehicle maintenance services available.
This premium parking option provides travelers with the ultimate convenience of leaving your vehicle with a valet attendant in the deck. Upon your return to CLT, call 704.559.9482 and your vehicle will be ready for you when you arrive at the deck.
Express Deck Self-Park
- $20 Daily Max.
- For Entry: Stop vehicle at gate arm and allow a few seconds for license plate to be read for gate arm to open. If gate arm does not open, scan QR code from booking confirmation.
- Maximum vehicle height for entrance is 7’6″.
- Designated Express Deck shuttles located in front of Express Deck Preferred provide non-stop service to and from the terminal’s lower level in Zone 2. Upon your return to Charlotte, exit the Baggage Claim/Lower Level doors and proceed to the Zone 2 Express Deck shuttle stop.
Valet Parking
- $45 Daily Max.
- Hours: 5:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Travelers drop off and pick up their vehicle on Level 1 of the Hourly Deck.
- Maximum vehicle height to enter the Valet area in the deck is 7′.
- Valet attendants park vehicles and provide complimentary luggage assistance as requested.
- Car wash and vehicle maintenance services available.
This ultra-convenient parking option allows you to leave your vehicle with a valet attendant. Upon your return to CLT, call 704.629.8111, or proceed through the Valet service office via the sliding doors near the end of the east underground walkway on the lower level of the terminal lobby and your vehicle will be delivered.
Hourly Deck
- Free/first 15 min | $8/hour first day | $32 Daily Max | Credit Card Only.
- For Reservation Entry: Stop vehicle at gate arm and allow a few seconds for license plate to be read for gate arm to open. If gate arm does not open, scan QR code from booking confirmation.
- Maximum vehicle height for entrance is 7′.
- Hourly spaces are available on Levels 4-7.
- EV Charging Stations available on Levels 4, 5 and 6.
- Access to and from the terminal via Bridges or Lower Level Walkways.
The Hourly Deck provides parking within walking distance to the terminal. Spaces in the Hourly Parking Deck are available on a first come, first served basis, unless booked online. Levels 1-3 of the Deck house the Rental Car Facility.
Daily Decks
- $20 Daily Max.

- Maximum vehicle height for entrance and first level is 8’4″ and 7′ for all other levels.
- Complimentary shuttle service is provided to and from the shelter between the two decks.

- $14 Daily Max, Credit Card Only.

Cell Phone Lot
- Free parking.
- All drivers are required to remain with their vehicles while in the lot.
- Spaces are available to use while waiting to pick up a passenger from an arriving flight.
Wait for arriving passengers in the free Cell Phone Lot, conveniently located near the terminal. Ask your passenger to contact you when they claim their baggage, then drive to the terminal to pick them up.
The Cell Phone Lot is handicap accessible.

TAXI SERVICE
Taxi service is available curbside on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim level. An attendant is on duty to assist passengers from 6:45 a.m. – 12:15 a.m.
Although passengers may prearrange to use any taxi service provider, there are four taxi companies available through the Airport’s taxi queue:
- City Cab
- Crown Cab
- Green Cab
- Yellow Cab
These companies are evaluated annually to ensure all taxis have a GPS system, credit card technology and adhere to guidelines set forth by CLT.

Lost and Found at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT)
Items left behind at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) are turned in to different agencies depending on where they were found.
Please complete and submit the Lost & Found Reporting Form so the Airport can better assist you in locating your lost item(s). If in doubt, please contact each agency individually.
The Airport Lost and Found office is located in Baggage Claim in Zone 4 and is staffed seven days a week from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. These hours may adjust on city holidays.
When submitting a claim, please be as descriptive as possible and include any unique identifiers to help better match your item(s):
- Name and best contact information
- Date and location the item was lost or last seen
- Description of the item (if it is a cell phone, please leave the cell phone number, the carrier, brand of the phone and serial number)
If your item has been located, the office administrator will contact you to arrange pick up. You will not be contacted if the item was not turned in.
Items that remain unclaimed for 30 days will become the property of the City of Charlotte.
